(June 1893-6 Jan. 1942), farmer. Born at Vankleek Hill. Son of J.D. Bougie and his wife Eulalie Besner. He was educated locally and at Valleyfield College. He worked with his father in operating a general store at L’Orignal for many years, and later conducted a poultry and honey business on the King’s Road, GC, near the family home of Fraserfield. He died at Hotel Dieu Hospital, Cornwall. He was married to Laurette Besner.
